Zamburiña em molho de vieira

The sauce clings to each zamburiña perfectly, and the scallop flavor comes through without being overpowered. I heated mine gently in a pan and it was restaurant-quality in under five minutes. The packaging note about rebranding didn't bother me at all—the product inside was fresh and delicious.

The scallop sauce is rich and buttery, and the zamburiñas themselves are plump and tender. I heated them up slowly and they tasted just like the ones I had at a restaurant in Galicia. Even with the possible different packaging, the quality inside is what matters.

The packaging might look a bit different depending on the batch you get, but the sauce is rich and velvety, and the scallops stay tender right out of the tin. I've already ordered another batch for tapas night.
