橄欖油漬小沙丁魚

Got the new packaging on some cans, the old on others—doesn't matter, the fish inside are the same tender, olive-oil-soaked perfection. I've already bought another dozen and keep one on the counter for when a salad needs a quick upgrade.

These little sardines are packed tight and the olive oil is so fresh tasting, you can tell they're good quality. I've already ordered another tin because they're perfect for a quick lunch on toast.

The oil is rich and clean, just the way I hoped it would be for a tin like this. I tossed one over salad and ate the rest straight from the tin, and it hit the spot perfectly.
