Agujas i escabeche

The jar arrived intact with the older packaging, but honestly I don't care since the needles inside are what matter. They're firm and hold their shape perfectly in the vinegar brine, just the right kick for snacking straight from the jar.

The brine is that perfect level of vinegary tang, and the needles have just the right crunch without being mushy. I’ve already gone through half the jar in two days, they’re dangerously snackable.

The jar arrived sealed tight, and the brine level was generous enough to keep every single one of those needles fully submerged. They've got a nice, firm snap that holds up well, even after sitting in my pantry for a couple of weeks.
